About us
Xauxa was born from the shared dream of Luis and Javi, two young Menorcans in love with good food and the power of bringing people together around a table.
Together with the talent of Dani, our chef, we are committed to 100% homemade cuisine: every sauce, every base, every preparation is made by hand, just as it has always been.
We focus on local produce, the flavors of our island, and paying homage to Menorcan cuisine with locally sourced, truly fresh ingredients.
Because what matters here isn't just what you eat, but how and with whom you share it.
